Join us for the 7th Annual ALS Fundraiser on Thursday, March 27, at The Bucks Club in Jamison, PA. This fiesta-themed evening is a great networking event where guests can enjoy dinner, participate in exciting silent and live auctions, and learn about cutting-edge research.

 

Dan waged a courageous battle with ALS and the Biotech Breakfast Club honors his memory with this event, which helps support ALS research initiatives, advancing national and state advocacy, and providing comprehensive care and support to individuals and families affected by ALS.

Margot Shanahan

Keynote Speaker

Margot Shanahan is a nonprofit leader and passionate advocate for medical research, driven by personal experience in the rare disease community. As Community Engagement Lead at ProJenX, she collaborates with patients, families, and researchers to advance patient-centered ALS drug development and improve access to scientifically rational therapies.

 

She is also Executive Director of Project ALS, leading community engagement, donor relations, and strategic initiatives to drive progress in ALS research.

 

Margot is a graduate of the University of Canterbury and Pace University. With her background in political science and nonprofit management, Margot is committed to bridging the gap between science and patient care, ensuring research is guided by the voices and needs of those it serves.
